<p>Dr. Wang Shengcai, a Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor, currently serves as the Director of the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, dedicating his clinical and basic research to pediatric otorhinolaryngological, head, and neck surgical diseases. He holds numerous prestigious leadership roles, notably as the Secretary-General of the Expert Committee on Pediatric Malignancies under the National Health Commission, and Deputy Director of the Clinical Diagnosis, Treatment and Research Center for Pediatric Upper Airway Obstructive Diseases at Capital Medical University. Dr. Wang serves as Deputy Head of the Pediatric Group within the CMDA's Otolaryngology Branch and is a Standing Committee Member of the CACA's Head and Neck Tumor Professional Committee. His extensive professional contributions also include key committee memberships within the CMA and CPAM, as well as serving as a designated Beijing Health Science Popularization Expert and a corresponding editorial board member for the Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.</p>
