<p>I am an ENT Specialty Registrar (ST6) with training across major tertiary centres in London and Oxford. I have an active portfolio in research, QI and education, with multiple publications, national and international presentations as well as involvement in multicentre studies. I am committed to teaching and mentorship, having developed simulation training and held senior roles at UCL Medical School, with recognition including the ASME Teaching Innovation & Excellence Prize. I bring strong leadership, a track record of service improvement, and a commitment to integrating clinical excellence, research and education in future consultant practice.</p>
