<p>Jip Mulders is a highly motivated first-year resident in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Leiden, The Netherlands, with a particular interest in laryngology and benign head and neck surgery. During his master degree in clinical epidemiology he has conducted research at Stanford University and continues to do so at Leiden University. By participating in IFOS in Istanbul, he aims to further develop within an international academic environment, exchange knowledge with young ENT surgeons from around the world, and bring innovative insights and research-driven care into daily clinical practice.</p>
