Fatih Gök completed his BSc in Audiology at Bahçeşehir University in 2020 and received a thesis-based master's degree in Audiology from İstanbul Gelisim University in 2023. He holds a third-place award for oral presentation at the 10th National Otology and Neurotology Congress (2023). Since 2023 he has worked as a Senior Audiologist at a specialist oncology hospital in Istanbul, performing audiological and vestibular assessment within a multidisciplinary oncology setting.

His publications cover ototoxicity, idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss and its steroid management, and vascular loop–associated sudden hearing loss and vertigo. He has also co-authored theoretical work in cognitive and psychological science, on psychological resources, identity formation and social well-being. His current work is in auditory neuroscience, in particular peripheral–central auditory interaction and the auditory–limbic relationship between tinnitus and anxiety, and he intends to pursue doctoral research in this area.
