Abdullah Qureshi
<p>Abdullah Qureshi is an MD candidate at the University of Saskatchewan. He was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and moved to Saskatchewan at the young age of 6. He completed his BSc Hons. at the University of Saskatchewan and resides in Saskatoon with his family while attending medical school. Academically, he has developed an interest in surgery with a developing research portfolio in otolaryngology and healthcare innovation. His academic work includes health economics in otolaryngology, facial reanimation, otologic health literacy, and the integration of AI in clinical decision making. In addition to his research, Abdullah demonstrates a strong commitment to medical education and advocacy through leadership roles at both national and local levels. He serves as Associate Director of the Education Portfolio with the Canadian Federation of Medical Students, and as President of the MMAC. Outside of his professional pursuits, Abdullah enjoys youth mentorship, mountain biking, playing tennis, and baking.</p>
