İskender Bayram
Dr. İskender Bayram was born in 1998 in Sakarya, Türkiye. He completed his medical education at İstanbul University–Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, where he developed an early interest in otolaryngology through clinical rotations and academic activities. Following graduation, he began his residency training in Basaksehir Cam Sakura City Hospital Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and is currently working as a resident physician.
During his residency, Dr. Bayram has been actively involved in the clinical management of a broad spectrum of ENT disorders under supervision, including otologic, rhinologic, pediatric ENT, and head and neck conditions. While still in training, performing an assisting advanced surgical procedures, he has gained increasing exposure to complex cases and multidisciplinary approaches, particularly in tertiary care settings.
In parallel with his clinical training, Dr. Bayram shows a strong interest in academic medicine and medical education. His academic interests include surgical anatomy, clinical research methodology, and outcome-based evaluation of ENT procedures. He has participated in the preparation of case reports, research protocols, and scientific presentations, with a particular focus on originality and critical appraisal of the literature.
Dr. Bayram regularly follows national and international scientific meetings and values continuous medical education as an essential component of professional development. His long-term goal is to pursue a career that integrates high-quality clinical practice with academic research and teaching, contributing to the advancement of otolaryngology at an international level.
