Professor Mohamed Mahtar is a Moroccan specialist in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Head and Neck Surgery. He is the Head of the ENT and Cervico-Facial Surgery Department at the 20 Août 1953 Hospital in Casablanca, part of the Ibn Rochd University Hospital Center.

He also teaches at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Casablanca, Hassan II University of Casablanca.
