Radiotherapy (RT) is a key treatment modality for head and neck cancers, used both definitively and as adjuvant therapy. Despite advances like Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), the complex anatomy of the region often leads to incidental exposure of non-target structures. This study aimed to investigate the effects of RT on the middle ear and vestibular system.
