This study investigates the functional and aesthetic effects of rhinoplasty on smile dynamics. Changes in upper lip movement, incisor show, and nasolabial angle are analyzed before and after surgery. The aim is to evaluate how surgical maneuvers, particularly tip modification and columellar support, influence postoperative smile harmony.
