FATMA NUR KOMUR

Fatma Nur Komur is a Ph.D. candidate specializing in audiovestibular research, with a focus on the effects of noise exposure on the vestibular system and inner ear function. Currently conducting her doctoral thesis at the Kresge Hearing Research Institute, University of Michigan, she integrates experimental models to investigate noise-induced vestibular pathologies, synaptic mechanisms, and their behavioral consequences. Her expertise spans noise-induced hearing loss, vestibular synaptopathy, and translational audiovestibular research aimed at bridging clinical diagnostics with preclinical models.
