Dr. İrem Okutan was born in Ankara in 1997. She graduated from the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Medicine. She is currently pursuing her residency training as a Research Assistant Doctor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.
