María Nazaret Benítez Lobón
I am a resident in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Hospital Universitario Infanta Sofía, in Madrid (Spain).
I studied Medicine at the University of Granada and I'm currently pursuing my PhD at the Complutense University of Madrid, in collaboration with the Department of Anatomy. My thesis studies the anatomy of the cervical vagus nerve, with a view toward its application in selective invasive neurostimulation. This topic is linked to one of my main areas of interest: head and neck surgery.
