Andrey Shilenkov

In 1987, Shilenkov A.A. graduated with honors from Yaroslavl State Medical Institute. He trained in clinical residency and postgraduate studies at the Department of ENT Diseases. Since 1992, he has worked as an otorhinolaryngologist at Yaroslavl Regional Clinical Hospital. In 1999, he defended his MD dissertation on the topic “Management of Patients After Microendoscopic Endonasal Operations.” In 2000, he was awarded the highest qualification category in otorhinolaryngology. He completed specializations in endoscopic and microscopic nasal cavity surgery at clinics in Fulda and Mainz (Germany), in reconstructive ear microsurgery at clinics in Mainz, Bochum, and Cologne (Germany), in cochlear implantation at the University Clinic in Innsbruck (Austria), and in endoscopic pituitary surgery (Moscow). He teaches hearing-improving surgery at masterclasses in Moscow, Almaty, and Shymkent (Kazakhstan). He has presented scientific reports at conferences in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Kursk, Ufa, Arkhangelsk, Suzdal, Sochi, and others) and abroad (Tokyo, Seoul, Copenhagen, Philadelphia, Washington, Rome, Venice, Helsinki, Tampere, Barcelona, Ulm, Berlin, Vilnius, Brussels, Prague, Paris).
