Alparslan Eker

<p>I was born on June 19, 1995, in Bursa, Türkiye. I completed my primary and secondary education in Bursa and graduated from Bilecik Science High School (2009–2013).</p> <p>I then attended Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, where I received my medical degree between 2013 and 2019. Following graduation, I completed my residency training in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine from April 2020 to January 2026.</p> <p>Since January 15, 2026, I have been working as an Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat – ENT) Specialist at Ankara Gölbaşı Şehit Ahmet Özsoy State Hospital.</p> <p>In 2025, I presented my study entitled “Evaluation of Olfactory Functions in Patients Undergoing Transsphenoidal Pituitary Surgery” at the 7th Turkish Skull Base Congress. I also presented “Comparison of Prognostic Factors and Staging Systems in Nasal Vestibule Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Single-Center 15-Year Experience” at the 46th Turkish National Congress of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery (November 2025).</p> <p>During my residency, I was actively involved in endoscopic skull base surgeries. My clinical interests include rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery.</p>
