Dr. Seçil Bahar Dal worked as an ENT specialist in Sivas between 2006 and 2008. She began working at the American Hospital's ENT Department in 2009 and, as of 2018, has been working in both the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department and the Sleep Medicine Department at the American Hospital.

Currently, she continues her work at the American Hospital, focusing primarily on Ear, Nose, and Throat diseases, including the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in children and adults, snoring and sleep apnea, as well as functional nasal problems and surgical treatments.
