<p>Mehmet Korkmaz, MD, is a resident in Otorhinolaryngology at Necmettin Erbakan University, Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, in Konya, Türkiye. His clinical and research interests include otology, rhinoplasty, head and neck surgery, and experimental models of ototoxicity. He is actively involved in both clinical practice and academic research, with a particular focus on cochlear pathophysiology and protective strategies against hearing loss.</p>
