<p>My name is Pilar Benavent Marín, and I am a third-year Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery resident at Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz (Madrid, Spain). I am committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development, with broad clinical training across otology, rhinology, laryngology, and emergency ENT care. My main interests are head and neck surgery, spanning minimally invasive techniques (including sialendoscopy) and head and neck oncology. I am also engaged in clinical research and outcomes evaluation, aiming to translate scientific evidence into safer surgical protocols and improved, patient-centered care.</p>
