<p>Dr. Hansen is an Otolaryngology resident at Mass Eye and Ear in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and a Paul Farmer Global Surgery Research Fellow at the Program for Global Surgery and Social Change at Harvard Medical School. She earned her BA in Chemistry and French from Pomona College in California, and a Master’s in Microbiology from Pierre and Marie Curie University in France. She received her MD from Harvard Medical School, where she spent a year with the Center for Surgery and Public Health studying access to care for head and neck cancer patients.</p>
