<p>Dr. Fuat Bulut was born on August 15, 1975, and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Yüzüncü Yıl University in 2001. Following the completion of his medical education, he began his professional career as a general practitioner at Siirt Ekinoglu Health Center and subsequently served at Siirt State Hospital. Between 2002 and 2004, he worked as a resident physician in the Department of Biochemistry at Yüzüncü Yıl University. He completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine between 2005 and 2010. After obtaining his specialty degree, he worked as a specialist physician at Istanbul Silivri State Hospital, Diyarbakır Memorial Hospital, and Çorlu Reyap Hospital, respectively. Since 2025, he has been serving as a specialist physician in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital.</p>
