Skander Kedous

I am Dr Skander Kedous, a Tunisian ENT surgeon specializing in head and neck oncology, rhinology and endoscopic anterior skull base surgery. I am a Full Professor, currently serve as Head of the Head and Neck Oncology ENT Department at the Salah Azaiz Institute in Tunis, one of the leading cancer centers in Tunisia.

Over the years, I have dedicated my career to the management of head and neck cancers, advanced endoscopic sinonasal surgery, and reconstruction in oncologic surgery. My expertise focuses particularly on endoscopic repair of skull base defects, sinonasal oncology, and minimally invasive anterior skull base approaches. I have also contributed to the development of mandibular reconstruction using CAD-CAM technology for free flaps in Tunisia.

Alongside my clinical activity, I am actively involved in academic teaching, surgical training, and international collaboration. I supervise residents and medical students and participate in several scientific exchanges with African and European colleagues, particulary skull base surgery teams.

My professional interests include sinonasal tumors, cerebrospinal fluid leak repair, anterior skull base surgery, head and neck oncology, and innovation in endoscopic ENT techniques.
